As a senior process engineer, you will be an important link between our factories and R&D. The role combines technology, quality, and innovation, offering both variety and excellent development opportunities. As a process engineer, you will gain a unique overview of our chemical products throughout the manufacturing campaigns. In the production department, you will work closely with engaged colleagues from various functions, where your sense of responsibility and ability to utilize both your own and the team's expertise are crucial for achieving common results.

Based on process and method descriptions, you will develop the instructions required before and during manufacturing. You will follow the products through the process, often on-site at the factory, and continuously investigate issues related to product and process. The focus is on ensuring a customer- and project-oriented development with the highest demands for safety and quality.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Designing factory processes based on methods from our chemists in R&D
• Preparing and conducting safety reviews together with other functions
• Creating and driving change requests
• Identifying and implementing continuous process improvements
• Supporting factory personnel in process-related issues
• Defining equipment requirements for new and changed processes
• Investigating and preventing deviations in production
• Driving technical and process-related investigations
• Participating in qualifications and validations
• Leading and executing improvement projects

We are located in the Björkborn industrial area in Karlskoga.

We are looking for someone with a degree in engineering or a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on chemical engineering, technical biology, or similar. You have at least two years of experience in a similar role within the process industry, and it is an advantage if you have worked in a cGMP-controlled environment.

You are a team player who enjoys project work and collaborates across functions. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and able to handle complex information and translate it into clear documentation. For the role, you must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
